About the Studio

A Soho design collective working across retail, hospitality, and leisure for a seriously good set of brands.

Think global fashion and luxury groups, premium watch retail, tech brands, and restaurant names you have almost certainly eaten at. Many of those clients have stuck with the studio for years, which is the kind of loyalty you only earn by doing the work well.

They describe themselves as a collective for a reason. It is a team that shares ideas, helps each other out, and puts people at the centre of the business.

About the Role

This is an early midweight role for a designer with a couple of years of retail interiors under their belt who is ready for more responsibility.

You will work alongside senior designers and directors on store concepts, roll-outs, and flagship projects, getting involved in everything from early layouts and concept development through to drawing packages that actually get built. Vectorworks is the studio's main drawing tool, so you will be using it every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
