Midweight Interior / FF&E Designer

We are currently seeking an experienced and design-led Midweight Interior / FF&E Designer on behalf of a highly regarded London-based luxury architecture and interior design practice. With a reputation for creating sophisticated, highly personalised interiors for private clients, the practice works across a range of prestigious high-end residential projects, combining interior architecture, design and FF&E to deliver exceptional spaces from concept through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Midweight Designer with a strong FF&E background and a refined aesthetic sensibility. The successful candidate will have proven experience working on high-end residential projects and will be comfortable taking responsibility for elements of a project, while working collaboratively within a wider design team. You will be confident developing concepts and presentations, selecting and specifying FF&E, creating detailed material and fabric schemes, and translating creative ideas into well-considered, technically resolved interiors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
