I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

In this fast-paced studio environment, you'll collaborate with designers, strategists and creatives to push the boundaries of motion. Your core focus will be motion design and animation, supported by strong video editing skills that help craft compelling brand stories across multiple touchpoints. From high-energy digital activations to refined, cinematic brand expressions, you'll bring a deep understanding of movement, pacing, editing and storytelling to every project.

About you

You are a motion specialist with a passion for bringing brands to life through movement. With an expert grasp of animation principles, you know how to transform static design into fluid, engaging and expressive motion. Equally confident editing short videos, you understand how pacing, rhythm and sequencing can shape powerful narratives and create memorable brand experiences. You have a sharp eye for detail, timing and craft, ensuring every piece of work feels refined and impactful.

Comfortable working across multiple clients, industries and visual styles, you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two projects are the same.

You're highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Illustrator, with the ability to develop compelling motion narratives that extend brand identities beyond the static. Experience with generative AI workflows for motion, as well as emerging tools such as Cavalry, would be an advantage. You're a natural problem-solver, always experimenting with movement, transitions, composition and editing techniques to find the strongest creative solution. Above all, you bring energy, originality and a deep understanding of how motion and film can amplify brand storytelling.
