Are you a commercially minded photographer with a passion for fashion, sport, streetwear and culture? Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking business with an exciting opportunity to join its growing creative team. Known for combining technical product innovation with modern, fashion-led design, they're continuing to grow and their creative output is evolving with them.
We're looking for a Midweight Photographer to join their in-house Creative team and play a key role in shaping how the brand is seen across campaigns, e-commerce, social and digital. This is an opportunity to make a genuine visual impact within an ambitious, energetic environment where great ideas, premium execution and commercial thinking go hand in hand.
The Role
As Midweight Photographer, you'll be responsible for creating elevated photography across the full brand ecosystem from campaign and product launches to e-commerce, social-first and performance content.
Working closely with the wider Creative, Brand and Marketing teams, you'll turn products and concepts into compelling imagery that feels distinctive, relevant and commercially effective.
You'll need exceptional technical ability, a strong creative eye and the confidence to work at pace across both studio and location environments.
What you'll be doing
- Plan and execute high-quality photography for campaigns, product launches and wider brand initiatives.
- Produce premium e-commerce imagery across apparel and accessories.
- Capture engaging lifestyle, fashion and performance content for paid and organic social, web and retail.
- Collaborate closely with the Photography Lead, Senior Creative, Stylists, Videographers and wider creative team.
- Ensure all photography is consistent with the brand's visual identity and creative standards.
- Take ownership of lighting, composition, colour accuracy and overall image consistency.
- Retouch and colour grade imagery to a premium commercial standard.
- Organise and maintain photography equipment and studio spaces.
- Manage digital assets and maintain well-organised image libraries.
- Support location scouting, shoot logistics and production planning.
- Stay ahead of emerging photography techniques, visual culture to continually push the creative output forward.

What you'll bring
- 3-5 years' experience working in commercial photography.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or performance.
- Excellent knowledge of studio and location lighting.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Capture One.
- Strong understanding of composition, colour grading and professional post-production workflows.
- Experience capturing fast-paced movement and athletic performance.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
About you
You're someone who knows what great imagery looks like but also understands why it works. You have a naturally strong creative eye and a genuine passion for storytelling through photography. You understand the worlds of fashion, sport and streetwear and know how to translate cultural relevance into imagery that connects with an audience.
