Job Description

What is the role?

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, integrated sports partnership programmes. You'll be the central point of coordination across creative, content, production, hospitality, talent, rights management and live event workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can confidently navigate the complexities of sports partnerships, and enjoys bringing people together to make great work happen.

We’re after someone who…

  • Has account management/project management experience within an agency, sports marketing or partnership environment.
  • Understands how rights holders, talent, venues, content production and live events impact project delivery.
  • Is highly organised and confident managing multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders at once.
  • Can build trust with clients and internal teams through clear communication and structured delivery leadership.
  • Has experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and project scope.
  • Enjoys solving problems, identifying risks early and keeping projects moving forward.
  • Has experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Is proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure, particularly during live events and key delivery moments.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated sports partnership projects across multiple disciplines.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets and delivery workflows.
  • Coordinate teams across creative, production, content, hospitality, talent and rights management to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies and approvals, resolving challenges before they impact delivery.
  • Support the management of project finances, contracts, approvals and supplier requirements.
  • Act as a trusted delivery partner to clients, providing clarity on progress, timelines and next steps.
  • Support large-scale pitches and new business opportunities with delivery planning, workplans and project expertise.
  • Champion best practice project management and help continuously improve how we deliver work across the agency.
  • Mentor and support junior project managers, helping develop capability within the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
