A premier private hospital in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced, NMC-registered Midwife with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Key Responsibilities
- Antenatal & Prenatal Care: Deliver comprehensive care, perform health assessments, conduct screenings, and provide evidence-based guidance to expectant mothers.
- Labor & Delivery Support: Lead women through labor and childbirth, ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive birthing experience.
- Maternal & Fetal Monitoring: Closely monitor maternal and fetal well-being, proactively identifying and managing potential complications.
- Emergency Management: Act swiftly during obstetric emergencies, utilizing advanced skills and rapid decision-making to protect mother and baby.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to international safety protocols and best practices in maternal and newborn care.

Requirements
- Registration: Current, active Registered Midwife (RM) status with the NMC (UK).
- Experience: 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in an acute hospital setting.
- Clinical Excellence: Advanced emergency management skills and up-to-date maternal/fetal monitoring proficiency.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, empathy, resilience, and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and night/on-call rotations.
