The Role - Mig Welder
We are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is a full-time ongoing position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
Shift Hours
- 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday
- 08:00-13:00 Friday
Pay Rate
£14.00-£14.50p/h

Duties - Mig Welder
- MIG welding mild steel components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Fabricating and assembling metal products
- Quality checking completed work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Requirements - Mig Welder
- Previous MIG welding experience essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Own transport required due to rural location and limited public transport links
