Role Description
We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site skilled MIG Welder for a role based in Derby. The MIG Welder will fabricate waste disposal containers, following technical drawings and specifications to produce high-quality welds on metal components. A standard working week will consist of 39 hours over 4 days: 10 hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and 9 hours on Thursday.

- The Ideal candidate will have experience in MIG Welding.
- Practical knowledge of Welding techniques.
- Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environment is beneficial.
- Commitment to safe working practices and familiarity with relevant health and safety standards.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Relevant welding certifications or apprenticeship training are preferred but not mandatory.
