We are excited to open an ad hoc freelance position to our migrant MSRH educators team and invite you to apply if you are passionate about migrant rights and menstrual health.

Before applying, please carefully read the job description. Due to limited capacity, we will not be responding to applicants who clearly do not meet our criteria.

Organisation

NISABA is a small grassroots community-led NGO that provides free essential menstrual, sexual and reproductive health (MSRH) and wellbeing services for migrants who menstruate in England. We work through an intersectional feminist lens, we reject and challenge harmful systems that perpetuate racism, white saviorism, exclusion, and cis heteronormativity. One of our offerings are London and Greater London in-person and remote MSRH education and health assessments for migrants and refugees.

Our work is led by, for, and with, community, and takes place in partnership with partner organisations online, or in person in community hubs or migrant shelters.

The aim of this project is to provide holistic care and education to empower community members with unmet MSRH needs that navigate the UK's hostile environment. This can look like; interactive remote and in person presentations, meet and greet stalls, 1:1 health assessments, and follow up communications.

Our work can be spontaneous and flows with the needs of individual and collective community.

Role

  • Ad hoc freelance contract, hourly rate £50/hour. Minimum 1 hour, maximum 3 hours.
  • Travel expense included with up to 45p per mile
  • Workshops typically occur Monday to Friday working hours, occasionally on a weekend, weekday evenings, on average once a month, however depending on requests this can increase, or decrease dependant on your availability.
  • The educator is responsible for preparing and conducting inclusive educational workshops and health assessments on subjects that you feel confident and comfortable leading.
  • You must provide gender fluid and inclusive language, stigma free, shame free, in a non-judgemental, non-hierarchical manner, that empowers migrants and celebrates their individuality, cultural and traditional practices.
  • You must be proficient and familiar with the following subjects to present, if there are topics you are more or less confident with, please let us know in your application.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
