High-growth global FinTech payments scale-up now requires a Senior Migration Program Lead to own their end-to-end migration strategy, cutover planning, risk management and governance for clients transitioning over to their payments platform.
This role will be the single point of accountability for migration safety and execution, ensuring our clients' migrations are auditable, repeatable and delivered without risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the programme level Migration strategy, framework and sequencing.
- Own cutover planning and lead go-live readiness.
- Conduct Risk identification and mitigation (regulatory, data, operational & Third-Party).
- Lead Migration governance and reporting.
- Cross-functional coordination with tech, product and legal teams to ensure compliance.

Key Requirements:
- Proven Programme experience leading large-scale migrations in payments or another regulated financial services environment.
- Understanding of the risks of live platform migrations and failure modes.
- Strong experience owning the migration strategy, cutover planning and risk mitigation.
- Highly preferred: knowledge of payments platforms, ledger-based systems, or cloud platform migrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams.

This is a Permanent opportunity offering a base salary of up to £110,000 plus 20% bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
This role provides a Hybrid working model with 1–2 days per week in the London office and the rest remote.
