Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Migration Specialist with deep expertise in AWS infrastructure and Informatica MDM solutions (C360 and R360). The ideal candidate will lead data migration initiatives, ensure high data quality, and support ongoing master data management (MDM) modernization activities across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to Informatica MDM / IDMC C360 environments.
  • Implement scalable and secure AWS infrastructure to host and support MDM workloads and supporting components.
  • Collaborate with data architects and modelers to review and optimize data models for MDM use cases.
  • Configure and maintain Informatica MDM Hub, C360, and R360 components for mastering party, product, or reference data.
  • Establish and enforce data quality principles, validation rules, and match-merge best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance tuning, process automation, and documentation.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Informatica MDM (Core, C360, and/or R360) setups and migrations.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, Networking).
  • Experience designing and implementing MDM data models, survivorship rules, and match/merge configurations.
  • Proficiency in applying data quality management and governance principles across enterprise data assets.
  • Experience in migration projects, including source-to-target mapping, data profiling, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Informatica IDMC certification or AWS certification.
  • Experience integrating Informatica Axon, EDC, or Data Quality tools.
  • Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments.
