🚀 Migration Tech Lead – Healthcare Sector | Active SC Clearance | £560/day
We're looking for a Migration Tech Lead to join a large-scale M365 migration and transformation programme in the healthcare sector.
📍 Location: Travel to London/Leeds/Manchester (likely fortnightly)
🔐 Clearance: Active SC required
💰 Rate: £560/day
📅 Start date: Aiming for 17/08
About the role: You'll lead the technical delivery of a complex Microsoft 365 migration, covering mailbox, archive, identity, and OneDrive transitions across a large user population — from solution design through to cutover.
Essential experience:
Technical Expertise
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online administration
- Strong understanding of Exchange Online mailboxes/archives, Microsoft Entra ID, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Security Groups/RBAC, Conditional Access Policies, and identity lifecycle management

Migration Experience
- Proven track record leading large-scale M365 migration or transformation programmes
- Experience designing and delivering mailbox, archive, and OneDrive migrations
- Experience with identity transitions, user provisioning, and access replication
- Experience managing technical cutovers impacting large user populations
Leadership & Governance
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience
- Experience producing technical assessments, solution designs, migration strategies, and implementation plans

Risk & Assurance
- Experience in technical risk identification and mitigation
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and operational support considerations
Desirable:
- Experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz or equivalent migration tooling
- Experience in the healthcare sector in digital transformation programmes
- PowerShell automation and migration scripting
- Knowledge of Teams Phone, Power Platform, and complex M365 permission models
- Familiarity with clinical safety governance and assurance processes
- SFIA Strategy & Architecture (Level 7) or equivalent senior technical leadership capability
