Merton Mileage Compliance Office

Reporting to: Contract Compliance Manager

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and looking to broaden your experience within Go-Ahead London?

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Mileage Compliance Team as a Mileage Clerk. This exciting secondment opportunity offers the chance to develop valuable analytical and operational skills while playing a key role in supporting the performance of our bus network.

This role could be the perfect next step for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mileage Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of mileage records across Go-Ahead London's network. You'll investigate discrepancies, analyse performance data from multiple sources, and work closely with colleagues across the business to identify issues and drive improvements.

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Enjoy investigating problems and finding solutions
  • Are comfortable working with data and reports
  • Can manage their workload effectively and meet deadlines
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

Experience That Would Be Helpful

While previous mileage coding experience would be advantageous, it is not essential.
