Company Description
Trojan Wellbeing is focused on building a strong network of Welfare Support Officers who provide peer support to frontline colleagues and their families. The organization promotes early intervention to help identify individuals who may be struggling and connect them with appropriate support before issues escalate. Services include mental health fitness screening for self-awareness, mental health first aid training delivered by experienced emergency responders, trauma management guidance, and peer support from colleagues facing similar challenges. Trojan Wellbeing offers a confidential, safe environment for open discussion without impact on employment status, and also supports financial wellbeing by helping reduce household bills and generate funds for those in financial difficulty.
Role Description
The Military Veteran Utility Warehouse Partner is a remote role focused on supporting fellow veterans and frontline colleagues by helping them access wellbeing and financial support solutions. On a day-to-day basis, the partner connects with colleagues and their families, discusses their needs, and guides them toward appropriate services such as household bill reduction and income-generating opportunities. The role involves providing peer support, signposting to mental health and trauma resources, and maintaining strict confidentiality while building trust within the community. Partners will also collaborate with Trojan Wellbeing to promote available programs, share feedback from the field, and help strengthen the early intervention support model. This is a flexible role suitable for individuals who want to combine practical financial guidance with empathetic peer support in a remote setting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
