About Medinet Group

Medinet Group is a dynamic healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK. Our integrated businesses - Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and Medinet Minds (mental health and wellbeing services) - work collaboratively with NHS and healthcare partners to improve patient access, reduce waiting times and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.

Role Summary

Our Minds Partnership Director is responsible for ensuring excellence across Medinet Minds' clinical service contracts, spanning Right to Choose (RTC), private, and NHS-funded pathways in ADHD and wider mental health services. As the primary interface between the customer and Medinet Minds, the intention is to support them with the highest quality services such that we become, and remain, their long-term partner of choice for the provision of clinical services. You will be working in a hybrid manner, spreading your time across our regional offices, on customer sites (including mental health hospitals and NHS Trusts), and working from home, as required.

You will work directly with NHS Trusts, private providers and referral partners as a senior representative of Medinet Minds responsible for customer relationship management. Reporting to the Commercial Director and Business Development Director, you will be gathering information, analysing, strategising, identifying new business leads and delivering in collaboration with your wider team. You will receive guidance, support and training where required in order to ensure exceptional delivery in:

  • Identifying, tracking, and monitoring the customer requirements across RTC, private and NHS accounts
  • Effective account management to ensure we deliver on our promises to our customers
  • Identifying and developing new business leads, and securing meetings with prospective customers and referrers
  • Resolving customer queries, proactive problem solving and creating solutions
  • Change leadership, for example as trusts or providers transition into new services
  • Project management of new-service mobilisations
  • Supporting business development opportunities, for example the renewal and extension of services or proposals of additional services to an existing customer
  • Accurate management and reporting of customer and pipeline data
  • Communicating on a daily basis with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Communicating on a daily basis with our internal stakeholders, such as operations and finance, to ensure requirements are clearly understood internally, can be met in full and on time, and teams have access to the right information at the right time to deliver effectively
  • Role-modelling our values

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
