Partridge MINI is an authorised MINI retailer serving customers across Southampton, Winchester, and the New Forest, offering a comprehensive range of MINI vehicles, parts, and services. The retailer provides a full sales and aftersales experience, from new and approved used MINI models to servicing and repairs. Team members work closely with customers to deliver a high standard of support throughout the buying and ownership journey. Partridge MINI focuses on friendly, knowledgeable service and aims to create an enjoyable and memorable MINI experience for every visitor.
Role Description
The MINI Sales Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based at Partridge MINI in Chandler's Ford. This role involves welcoming customers to the showroom, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the MINI range, features, and options. Day-to-day tasks include conducting test drives, presenting finance and leasing solutions in line with company guidelines, preparing accurate quotes, and managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. The MINI Sales Expert will maintain product knowledge, follow up with prospective and existing customers, and support a high-quality showroom environment. The role also includes working closely with colleagues in sales and aftersales to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven capability in Retail Sales and Sales, preferably within the automotive or similar retail environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain features, finance options, and processes clearly.
- Comfortable working to targets and using CRM or sales systems to manage enquiries and follow-ups.
- Enthusiasm for the MINI brand and the automotive sector, with a willingness to learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandler's Ford, including weekends and peak trading hours, as required.
- Basic IT skills for handling online enquiries, documentation, and digital sales tools.
- Valid UK driving licence suitable for conducting customer test drives.
