Are you ready to engineer the future of the dark and gritty world of Trench Crusade?

We are looking for a Miniatures Engineer to bridge the gap between creative sculpts and physical plastic injection production. In this role, you will use 3D organic software to ensure our models meet the highest manufacturing standards without losing their artistic soul.

Note: This is a dedicated engineering position—not a gateway into miniature design or sculpting—focused on technical problem-solving with a touch of creative execution.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer, refine, and optimize high-detail miniature sculpts for plastic injection production using 3D organic software.
  • Collaborate remotely with sculptors and creative teams, providing clear, descriptive feedback and precise file adjustments needed for manufacturing.
  • Execute project planning, descriptive documentation, and regular status updates across online team channels.
  • Ensure strict quality control by balancing visual detail, miniature durability, scale, and plastic tooling requirements.
  • Proactively communicate technical queries, potential tooling issues, or production risks as soon as they surface.
  • Deliver constructive feedback during and post-project to optimize pipelines as our growing team evolves.
  • Manage timelines independently on live projects while staying actively available for virtual team meetings and daily remote collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
