As a Minibar Attendant
As a Minibar Attendant, you will play an essential role in creating seamless luxury experiences behind the scenes. Working within our guest rooms and suites, you will ensure every minibar is impeccably stocked, beautifully presented, and accurately maintained. This is more than replenishing products; it is about delivering Relationship Hospitality through precision, care, and attention to detail. You will be entrusted with access to some of the most private spaces within the hotel and will take pride in ensuring every guest discovers a minibar experience that reflects the exceptional standards of The Chancery Rosewood.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish and maintain minibars across all guest rooms and suites, ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly presented, and in line with luxury brand standards.
- Accurately record guest consumption and ensure all minibar charges are processed correctly and promptly.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and product quality within minibars and stock storage areas.
- Work closely with In Room Dining, Butler, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams to ensure any guest preferences, maintenance concerns, or special requests are addressed efficiently.
- Support accurate stock control by monitoring inventory levels, identifying quality concerns, and ensuring products are rotated and replenished correctly.
