Operating a scheduled Minibus service to the highest standard for our client. Working Monday to Friday on a split shift basis in the morning and afternoon from 07:00-11:00 and then 15:45-19:15 (a total of 37.5 hours per week).

Advertised salary of £25,785 is an annual amount and as this is a 4 month FTC the salary will be calculated pro-rata.

Responsibilities

  • To work in an operational role within the Minibus driving team.
  • Deliver and collect passengers to/from various locations as designated by the client and the hours of duty vary to coincide with the different routes and scheduled services.
  • Adhere to all relevant road traffic legislation, comply with the client’s mobile phone policy and adhere to the scheduled timetable communicating delays to the service when safe to do so.
  • Follow all existing and new procedures and policies, including but not limited to carrying out daily vehicle inspections, reporting any defects and accidents / near misses.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner and react and respond to customer enquiries and concerns taking action to resolve wherever possible.
  • Actively participate in training, development and self-learning.
  • Maintain a high level of personal presentation at all times.
  • To ensure that hazards are being reported through the correct process and are made safe and resolved.
  • Promoting and maintaining the CBRE RISE values.
  • To undertake any other reasonable requests/tasks as requested by the Management Team and/or the client.

Qualifications

  • Current clean full UK Driving Licence and Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) as below – the licence must be valid for the following categories:
    • D1 – full entitlement with no restrictions, e.g. code 78 or code 101
    • D – full bus/coach entitlement
