We are looking for a Minibus Driver to provide a safe, reliable, and professional transport service for students.

This role will be based at Fareham College and involves transporting students between Fareham Train Station and the CEMAST and CETEC campuses, helping to ensure learners can travel safely and efficiently to and from college.

The Position Is 25 Hours Per Week, Working

  • 07:30 - 10:00
  • 15:00 - 17:30

You'll play an important part in supporting our learners and colleagues while helping to ensure our campuses operate smoothly and safely.

Duties

  • Safely transporting students, staff, and visitors between College sites and external locations.
  • Transporting equipment and resources to and from outreach centres and campuses.
  • Carrying out vehicle safety checks and ensuring vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and compliant.
  • Responding appropriately to breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies.
  • Supporting the Estates and Health & Safety teams in maintaining effective transport services.
  • Providing excellent customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for South Hampshire College Group.
  • Administering first aid where trained and appropriate.
  • Working flexibly across all College campuses, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
