We're recruiting experienced Minibus Drivers for a major refinery shutdown at Fawley Refinery, Southampton (SO45 1TX). Candidates must hold a valid standard car (Category B) license and ideally have previous experience transporting personnel safely and efficiently on busy industrial or commercial sites. Other drivers, e.g. HGV will be considered

The Role
- Transport personnel safely between site locations, parking areas and welfare facilities
- Carry out pre-use vehicle inspections and basic vehicle safety checks
- Ensure all passengers follow site safety rules and seatbelt requirements
- Maintain accurate passenger and journey records where required
- Coordinate with site supervision to support shift changeovers and workforce movements
- Operate vehicles safely in accordance with site traffic management plans

Requirements
- Category B (standard car) driving licence
- Aged 21+ (minimum)
- Held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
- Ideally previous minibus driving experience
- Good knowledge of vehicle safety checks and road safety requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work within strict site procedures

Additional Information
- Candidates must be available to start on 23/09/2026
- 10-week shutdown project
- 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday and Sundays
- These roles are Inside IR35
- PAYE rates advertised
- Lodge support available for qualifying non-local workers
