About The Role
We are seeking a dependable and professional Minibus Driver to join our Estates Team. Working Monday to Friday, you will transport pupils to and from school and school activities, ensuring a safe, punctual, and friendly service.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, safeguarding, and vehicle care, while representing the school in a professional manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport pupils on designated routes and school activities
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic weekly maintenance checks
- Ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and roadworthy
- Maintain accurate passenger registers and transport records
- Monitor routes, traffic conditions, and delays
- Promote positive pupil behaviour and ensure safety at all times
- Report incidents, delays, or vehicle faults promptly
- Comply with all road safety, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations
Person Specification
- Valid D1 or PCV driving licence
- Previous Minibus Driving Experience Preferred
- Strong understanding of road safety and compliance
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Calm and confident when working with children
- Committed to safeguarding and pupil welfare
- Flexible and a team player
