Our Ministry Support Team love Jesus, love his mission, and have a heart for operational excellence. They underpin and aid much of the work being done. We currently have two amazing opportunities to join the Ministry Support Team at Speak Life. The roles could be combined to make one full-time position.
PA and Speaking Coordinator [20 hours per week]
The PA and Speaking Coordinator’s job is to ensure:
- The CEO's diary and commitments are well organised and proactively managed.
- Speaking engagements are professionally coordinated from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Important information reaches the CEO in a timely and usable format.
- Supporter communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Deadlines and follow-up actions are consistently managed.
- Confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Administrative systems are maintained, accurate, efficient and continually improved.

Courses and Donor Relationships Assistant [20 hours per week]
The Courses and Donor Relationships Assistant job is to ensure:
- Accurate and timely administration of Speak Life courses.
- High-quality communication with online users and course hosts.
- Consistent stewardship of donors' generosity.
- Strong donor retention and engagement.
- Accurate Customer Relationship Management information.
- Timely completion of follow-up actions.
- Positive feedback from partners, participants and donors.
- Continuous improvement in administrative and engagement processes.
Please note, if you apply for the combined role your contracted hours will be 37.5 hours per week.
Are you someone who:
- Has the ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
- Is flexible and willing to respond to changing priorities.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Is adaptable and able to accommodate changes effectively.
- Is mature, professional and emotionally intelligent.
- Has strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Enjoys a challenge, has excellent problem-solving skills and responds well to feedback.
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Has good IT literacy, including database management.
