Role Overview
In this role, you will take full ownership of our short-form pipeline — filming and producing native organic TikToks and Instagram, while cutting raw footage (UGC, clinician talking heads, product shots) into high-performing Meta ads and polished brand assets.
Wage
- £15,392 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age
- National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices

- We are happy to offer a salary above the minimum apprenticeship wage for candidates who can demonstrate relevant prior experience and a strong track record.

Job Responsibilities
- Create, film, edit, and post high-performing short-form video for MiQuest's TikTok and Instagram accounts.
- Turn raw talking heads, and product shots into high-converting Meta and TikTok ad variants (15s, 30s, 60s cuts).
- Respond to healthcare trends, myths and viral moments with MiQuest's take — timely, honest, never sensationalist
- Develop recurring content formats that build a recognisable MiQuest presence
- Collaborate with the team on campaign moments, product launches and seasonal content
- Monitor performance, identify what's working and iterate quickly
- Represent the brand on camera where appropriate

Course Contents
- Interpret the aims of the brief.
- Research ideas and concepts to meet the brief.
- Evaluate brand requirements and brand guidelines.
- Prepare a mood board or other visual aid for the content to be created.
- Present ideas, pitches and proposals for creative content to be further developed.
- Storyboard and outline script their ideas for content to be developed.
- Interpret data, consider its integrity and use it to inform content.
- Develop accessible written content for different platforms and devices.
- Apply best practice and inclusive language when creating content.
- Write and edit copy or scripts for use on different channels and platforms.
- Create or capture visuals and audio using standard packages and equipment.
- Source, obtain and prepare media assets for use; using industry standard packages to adapt and edit content.
- Use industry standard tools and content management systems to organise, structure and label content effectively, methodically and securely enabling efficient search and retrieval.
- Identify and recommend the platform/s or channel/s to use for the media campaign.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers, establishing and using professional contacts.
- Engage and respond with audiences through social media, adapting content to respond to evolving circumstances.
- Monitor user experience to ensure content is focused on maximising engagement.
- Analyse the differences between audiences using audience segmentation techniques and data.
- Use lessons learned to evaluate the success of the content and identify areas for improvement for future campaigns.
- Use continuing professional development planning to support own current and future training and development needs.
- Operate effectively within the production workflow to meet production timelines.

Training Schedule
The training will be delivered remotely over Microsoft Teams every month and you will have a dedicated tutor who will train and support you.
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE in:
- English (grade A-C)
- Maths (grade A-C)
- Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

Other Requirements
What We're Looking For
- A daily user of TikTok and Instagram who understands current formats, pacing, typography, and algorithms. You're on the platform daily, you understand the algorithm, you know what's trending before it trends
- Proven track record filming platform-native short-form content alongside strong technical editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut).
- Proven track record creating content that performs — health, beauty, wellness or lifestyle preferred
- Strong instinct for what's true vs what's hype in the wellness space
- Comfortable working within compliance guidelines — prescription brands have specific rules and we need someone who takes that seriously without it killing their creativity
- Self-directed and fast-moving — you can identify an opportunity and execute it
- Must be UK-based to keep content native to our target audience.
Desirable but Not Essential
- Background in health, beauty or wellness content specifically
- Experience with brands that have compliance or regulatory constraints
- Can shoot and edit — basic editing in CapCut, InShot or similar
- Has grown an account from scratch
