Based in: MIRACLE, Covent Garden, London
Contract Time: Full & Part Time contracts available, all Fixed Term contract. (1st November to 30th December)
Come work at London’s famous Christmas bar – Miracle Pop- Up based in Covent Garden. The global franchise ‘MIRACLE’ has chosen Experimental for the 8th year running to host their Kitch Christmas themed cocktail bar. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Organise and manage the production of juices, syrups, etc for a smooth operation of the bar.
- Ensure adequate stock is available for the Barbacks and Bartenders, prior to their shift (fruits, herbs, garnishes, spirits, syrups, glassware, tools, etc.).
- Provide support management of Inventory: alcohol, spirits, glassware, bartending materials etc.
- Assisting management with bar accounting: invoices, orders, deliveries etc.
- Ensure the bar, back bar and the glassware storage areas are clean and tidy prior to the shift (including the crushed ice machine, juice machine and rubbish area).
- Pay attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations during the day.
- Apply all Food and Beverage and Safety Regulations.

About you
- Desirable – Experience working in a cocktail bar.
- Excited to learn and develop your bar skills.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be passionate about mixology and customer relationship.
- Have a team spirit.
- Attention to details and customer needs.
- Fluent level of English.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Christmas spirit.
