Role Description

The MIS Officer Apprentice is a full-time role responsible for supporting the management of learner and program data across Mercury Training’s apprenticeship and commercial provision. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Set up and maintain accurate learner records across our MIS systems
  • Support enrolment, eligibility checks, and electronic agreements
  • Help prepare monthly ILR and funding returns to deadline
  • Cover the shared inbox and phone line, post and equipment ordering
  • Assist with reports and audit preparation

Ideal Candidate

  • Good IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • A positive, willing attitude and commitment to learning
  • Able to travel to our Brierley Hill office five days a week
