Role Description
The MIS Officer Apprentice is a full-time role responsible for supporting the management of learner and program data across Mercury Training’s apprenticeship and commercial provision. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Set up and maintain accurate learner records across our MIS systems
- Support enrolment, eligibility checks, and electronic agreements
- Help prepare monthly ILR and funding returns to deadline
- Cover the shared inbox and phone line, post and equipment ordering
- Assist with reports and audit preparation

Ideal Candidate
- Good IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- A positive, willing attitude and commitment to learning
- Able to travel to our Brierley Hill office five days a week
