MIS On-line Services Assistant (Ref: WCS0001322)
Student Services
Grade 3: Salary £29,087.84 to £31,432.52 per annum
- 35 hours x 52 weeks
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break
- Temporary for 1 year
- Candidates can work at any Campus (Clydebank, Greenock or Paisley)

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide an online cross campus service to students, staff and external stakeholders. You will process and deal with sensitive and confidential information submitted by students, adhering to GDPR guidelines and regulations. You will also communicate, liaise and work with other college departments, curriculum staff and external stakeholders in relation to services provided for students by Online Services.

- SCQF Level 5 qualification in a Business, IT or Administration related subject area.
- Experience in managing data electronically.
- Experience of working in a curriculum support service function.
- Competent IT skills - using Microsoft Office software.
- Responsible, accountable for your own actions and resilient.
