Mission Christmas HQ Co-ordinator

This holiday season we are looking for a Mission Christmas HQ Co-ordinator to join us based in Birmingham for Mission Christmas during the months of November and December.

The Mission Christmas HQ Co-ordinator has a vital and demanding role to play in making our mission a reality. These are temporary roles where you really will be playing Santa!

Our Team

Cash for Kids is the charity of Bauer Media in the UK. Our mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in our communities who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. We believe that all children should be able to express their individuality, achieve their potential and live life to the full. We work with grassroots organisations that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.

Our Mission

Mission Christmas is the largest Christmas gift appeal in the UK. Our aim is to ensure every child wakes up to a present on Christmas morning, however for many children their family circumstances mean this may not be the case.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Manage a team of volunteers.
  • Manage drivers who will be collecting donated gifts from key locations across the area.
  • Liaise with our Mission Christmas drop-off points.

  • Collect photos, audio and video content to bring Mission Christmas to life on our radio stations, social media and digital platforms.
