Job Description
As a Mission Solutions Engineer at Adarga, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering. You’ll design demonstrations for the Sovereign AI Stack, act as a trusted adviser during mission-critical engagements, and translate complex operational needs into technical solutions. Whether a deep-tech data scientist or a rapid prototyper, you’ll drive national security outcomes.

What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain high-impact demonstrations and technical presentations of Adarga’s Catalyst and Keystone platforms for senior customer stakeholders.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact, conducting workshops and providing expert advice to translate customer mission requirements into effective AI solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Mission Engineering, and Product teams to contribute technical expertise to bids, tenders, and long-term strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate
- Either a deep-tech data scientist skilled in NLP and knowledge graphs, or an AI-native builder capable of rapid prototyping and experience-focused product storytelling.
- Possesses strong communication skills to navigate complex technical discussions with CTOs while maintaining a focus on user-centric product requirements and mission outcomes.
- Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC), with existing clearance considered a significant advantage for working within the defence and security sectors.
