Mixed Tax Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a Mixed Tax Manager to take on a permanent role in a highly regarded professional services organisation. The position is based in Steyning, where you'll oversee both corporate and personal tax matters, offering expert guidance to clients.

Description
- Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients (weighted to personal tax), ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
- Provide expert advisory services on a range of tax matters, including tax planning and mitigation strategies.
- Review and approve tax computations prepared by junior team members.
- Act as the key point of contact for client queries, offering clear and accurate advice.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and inform clients of potential impacts.
- Support the preparation and review of annual tax returns for a variety of client types.
- Assist in the training and development of junior staff within the tax department.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive client services.

Profile
A Successful Mixed Tax Manager Should Have
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ATT or CTA.
- Strong technical knowledge of both corporate and personal tax matters.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a professional services environment.
- The ability to deliver clear and concise advice to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A commitment to maintaining and expanding technical tax knowledge.
