Mixer (Nightshift)

We're seeking a Mixer to join our production team, where you'll play a crucial role in creating top-quality doughs by operating machines and equipment that automatically mix ingredients according to specified formulas.

As a Mixer, you'll be responsible for weighing and measuring ingredients, conducting physical checks on raw materials, following strict mixing procedures, and maintaining hygiene standards. You'll ensure all health and safety processes are adhered to, report any concerns, and support in other areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weigh ingredients and follow mixing instructions as per recipe sheets.
• Conduct physical checks on raw materials and report any non-conformities.
• Use raw materials in strict rotation according to documentation.
• Follow traceability procedures and report any concerns.
• Check dough consistency against specifications.
• Record batches mixed on relevant documentation.
• Maintain hygiene standards and follow clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Adhere to nut handling/gluten-free and other company procedures.
• Wear correct personal protective equipment at all times.
• Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.
• Ensure correct sieving procedures are followed.
• Comply with all standards, specifications, and control procedures.
• Support health and safety processes, reporting issues immediately.
• Assist in other areas as required.
