Your role in our family:
- Create exceptional classic and contemporary cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients and precise technique
- Deliver warm, personalised service that makes every guest feel welcome behind the bar
- Get to know our guests' tastes, offering confident and knowledgeable drink recommendations
- Share your expertise on cocktails, premium spirits, wine, champagne and non-alcoholic offerings
- Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, infusions and garnishes with real attention to detail
- Help shape and evolve our cocktail menu, bringing in seasonal trends and guest feedback
- Keep the bar spotless, well organised and fully stocked, supporting regular inventory counts

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender, ideally within a luxury or high-volume venue
- Genuine passion for mixology with strong product knowledge of spirits, wine and cocktails
- A creative flair balanced with meticulous attention to detail and consistency
- Excellent guest service skills with a confident, warm and personable manner
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
