Mixologist - The Arch Bar & Wellington Lounge

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Mixologist to join the team at The Arch Bar & Wellington Lounge with an immediate start.

Welcome to InterContinental London Park Lane

Located at one of the capital's most prestigious addresses, where the late Queen Elizabeth II once resided. Our hotel redefines traditional luxury, offering a blend of modernity and flexible sophistication in the heart of Mayfair. Inspired by its scenic views overlooking two Royal Parks, our establishment boasts elegant natural interiors and award-winning seasonal cuisine.

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we believe every drink tells a story. We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and charismatic Mixologist to join our luxury Food & Beverage team and create exceptional experiences for our guests.

As a Mixologist, you'll combine creativity with precision, crafting beautifully balanced cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients while delivering intuitive, personalised service. You'll be a true ambassador for our bars, building genuine connections with guests and creating memorable moments that keep them coming back. By joining our team, you’ll be able to progress your career. We value and encourage your ideas, your development is supported, and there is genuine scope to grow your influence across the hotel’s beverage operation.

What you'll be doing

  • Create exceptional classic and contemporary cocktails to the highest luxury standards.
  • Deliver warm, personalised service, engaging with guests to understand their tastes and recommend the perfect drink.
  • Share your knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, wines and beverages with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Take ownership of the cocktail offering, with the opportunity to develop, evolve and curate the bar’s cocktail list in line with our luxury positioning, guest expectations and the latest industry trends.
  • Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, infusions and garnishes with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation behind the bar.
  • Manage stock levels, reducing waste and supporting regular inventory counts.
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing legislation, food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
