Job Title: Marketing Planning Associate
Location: Weybridge
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Marketing Planning Associate to join a high-performing digital marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating business initiatives into clear execution plans, monitoring progress, and delivering high-quality performance reports to regional management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop hands-on experience in e-commerce and CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team planning and coordination, translating company initiatives into actionable plans and timelines.
- Compile performance data from various business areas to prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports.
- Track business progress, summarize KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management and procurement, to gather plan inputs and support internal meetings.
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and templates.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data analysis, ideally within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data visualization and report generation.
- A solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs, with the ability to track and summarize results.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and strict reporting deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to learn.
