Job Description
As a Founding Engineer at Joinkyber.com, you will architect the decision-making engine for airport ground operations. You will build and deploy ML and Reinforcement Learning models that ingest live temporal data to predict delays and dispatch staff. This role bridges high-level model design and real-time production, directly impacting how airports manage human and autonomous workers.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement the core ML architecture for sequential and temporal data feeds within the Maestro platform.
- Develop and deploy reinforcement learning or online learning systems that enable the workforce coordinator to improve over time.
- Collaborate with backend engineering to integrate complex predictive models into a high-performance, real-time production environment.
The ideal candidate
- Strong background in Machine Learning with a focus on temporal data, sequential modeling, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven experience shipping ML models to production environments rather than solely working in research or notebook settings.
- London-based professional with the required UK work permit and a desire to work on-site in a high-ownership startup environment.
