MLRO Officer

Salary: 55k-60k
Location: Central London
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)

About the Role

Halliday Marx are working in partnership with an outstanding tech firm to hire an MLRO Officer on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end internal suspicious activity reports (iSARS) for several business units
  • Submit formal SAR's to the national crime agency (NCA)
  • Preparing MLRO reports to the board detailing financial crime controls
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for the FCA
  • Advising senior management on the impact of financial crime risk
  • Design and update the Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA)
  • KYC due diligence
  • Execute asset freezing protocols
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Supervising internal controls for detecting payment fraud, scams, and identity theft
