About MMB Advisory
MMB Advisory’s goal is to provide clients with expertise, insights, and advice to help them mitigate people risk and optimize workforce performance. Our health and benefit advisory capabilities include plan design optimization, workforce health, flexible benefits, plan member communications, and actuarial/financial. The MMB Advice & Solutions team is responsible for coordinating people, tools, and intellectual capital investments across MMB globally, at the local, regional, and global level.
The Opportunity
The global benefits landscape is evolving rapidly. Employers are grappling with workforce health challenges, rising costs, employee expectations, and regulatory complexity. You’ll be at the forefront of building solutions that help our clients navigate these challenges while making a tangible impact on their employees’ lives.
We are seeking a talented and dynamic solution and product manager to support our Solution Enablement team, reporting to the MMB Solution Enablement Leader. In this role, you’ll bridge strategy and execution by identifying market opportunities, developing scalable solutions, and enabling our advisory teams to deliver them effectively. This role includes supporting the market enablement and content development of our Benefits You Strategy Builder (BYSB), an innovative solution that combines expert-led workshops with an interactive digital platform. BYSB gives clients real-time access to employee insights, demographic data, and MMB’s intellectual capital enabling them to collaborate with our MMB consultants in real-time to build benefit strategies that reflect their organization’s goals and workforce needs. In addition, the role will support new key solutions that evolve from the MMB Health Innovation Studio that will require testing and scaling into the multinational, regional, or local advisory teams.
We are looking for a candidate who has consulting experience in the delivery of health and benefits strategy topics such as plan design, benefit modernization, flexible benefits, workforce health, and plan member communication. Health and benefits is a dynamic arena, and we would expect the applicant to be engaged and articulate on major global issues confronting employers. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills preferred.
This role requires a local and global view across multiple geographies, a strong desire to learn and maintain a view of healthcare and benefits trends, as well as an understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques and applications. Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and geographies in a highly matrixed organization is preferred as the role will be expected to independently navigate the organization, maintain a level of autonomy within the project management team, and be proactive in seeking guidance as needed. Given the frequent work across lines of business and working in multiple geographies, the role necessitates resourceful and collaborative behavior.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
