Job Title: Mobile ADAS Technician
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Fully Expensed Company Van
Location: Wigan and surrounding area (Mobile Role)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (No Weekends and No call-outs)
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent
Our client is a leading provider of ADAS calibration, programming and vehicle electronics services to the collision repair sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Mobile ADAS Technician to cover the Wigan region, within a well-established team.
The Role
Working from a fully equipped company van, you will visit Bodyshop’s, Dealerships and Repair Centres to carry out ADAS calibrations, vehicle diagnostics, coding, programming and electronic repairs. You'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are repaired to manufacturer standards and returned to the road safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out static and dynamic ADAS calibrations.
- Diagnose faults on camera, radar and sensor-based safety systems.
- Perform ECU coding, vehicle programming and software updates.
- Complete fault finding on vehicle electrical and communication systems.
- Conduct pre- and post-calibration inspections.
- Interpret manufacturer repair methods and technical information.
- Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
- Deliver high levels of customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Adhere to Health and Safety PPE regulations.
Requirements
- Experience as an ADAS Technician, Diagnostic
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, coding and programming.
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience using manufacturer and aftermarket diagnostic equipment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile role.

Ideal Background
This position would suit a qualified/experienced Motor Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, Auto Electrician or MET Technician from an Accident Repair Bodyshop looking to develop a career in ADAS. However, full training will be provided for candidates with strong diagnostic and electrical skills.
