ROLE: Mobile Air Conditioning / Multi‑Skilled Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours a week
LOCATION: London and south west, field based role (Ideally in the TW,KT or SW post codes)

We're looking for an experienced Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients by maintaining new and existing air conditioning, UPS, generators, as well as general building services.
Role Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on air conditioning systems, UPS, generators, and general building services
- Act as the site lead on air conditioning systems
- Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding
- Effectively prioritise your own workload
- Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the wider maintenance team
- Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time
- Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures and maintain a proactive and positive approach to work

Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Physically able to carry out the full duties detailed in the job description
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
