Mobile AC Engineer - FM Service Provider
Surrey Area
Van Mobile
Up to £48,000 + Package
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout the Surrey area.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, with experience working across commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Engineer looking for a stable mobile position with further training and progression available.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 to 17:00
- Overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Servicing and maintaining split systems, VRVs, VRFs, and VAV systems.
- Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs.
- Servicing and maintaining chillers and associated HVAC plant.
- Carrying out fault finding and diagnosing AC and refrigeration issues.
- Completing pressure and leak testing.
- Carrying out compressor changes.
- Brazing and associated refrigeration repairs.
- Responding to reactive breakdowns and equipment faults.
- Carrying out basic electrical fault finding where required.
- Completing maintenance records and service reports.
- Liaising with clients and site teams.
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company procedures.

Package:
- Up to £48,000 basic salary

Requirements:
- City & Guilds Level 2 Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualification or equivalent
- F-Gas qualification (Essential)
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial AC and HVAC systems.
- Previous commercial building maintenance experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Electrical knowledge would be advantageous.
- Good overall building services knowledge.
- Multi-skilled approach to maintenance.
- Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
