Air Conditioning Engineer - Sutton, London
Equans is looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team in Sutton, London. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The role also includes participation in an on-call rota. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Complete planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance across HVAC and air conditioning systems
- Respond to breakdowns and ensure customer service agreements are delivered professionally
- Build effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively while maintaining accurate service records

Who are you?
- Qualified through an air conditioning maintenance apprenticeship
- Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Experienced in a similar technical role with at least five years of post-qualification experience
- Experienced in HVAC maintenance, fault response, and facilities management
- Familiar with CAFM systems and Microsoft Word and Outlook
- A reliable team worker with strong customer service skills
- PASMA, IPAF, and IET 18th Edition qualifications are desirable
- Willing to work late shifts, weekends, and participate in the on-call rota
