Location: North & North West London

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Hours: 41.25 hours per week, with regular overtime opportunities

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing facilities maintenance team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout North and North West London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment and associated controls
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and best practice
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and site contacts
  • Liaise with the service desk and management team to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance services
  • Complete accurate service reports and recommend remedial works where appropriate
  • Keep management informed of job progress, site issues and additional work requirements
  • Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota

Essential

About You

  • Proven experience within the air conditioning or HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and associated controls
  • Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • F-Gas Category 1 qualification
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Desirable

  • Electrical qualification
  • Health & Safety Training Or Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a mobile engineering role
