About the Client

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling, high-intensity AI startup backed by top-tier global venture capital funds. They build custom, AI-native software to modernize complex, real-world field operations.

They are seeking their first dedicated Mobile Application Engineer to own the entire mobile surface end-to-end. We welcome global applicants, full visa sponsorship and complete relocation packages are available for candidate willing to move to London.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Ownership: Own mobile products from field discovery and spec to building, shipping, and release management across iOS and Android.
  • Field-Driven Engineering: Sit directly with non-technical domain experts on-site to understand how they work and translate real-world chaos into intuitive UX.
  • Build & Scale: Develop production-grade cross-platform apps (React Native + TypeScript) and drop into native code (Swift/Kotlin) when needed for hardware/sensor integrations.
  • Architect for Reality: Build offline-first architectures featuring local persistence, conflict resolution, and reliable sync mechanisms for low-connectivity environments.
  • AI Integration: Embed cutting-edge AI features (LLMs, agents, on-device/voice) into core mobile workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
