About The Role
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Estate Services Cleaners to join our frontline Estate Services team, helping to keep our communal areas clean, safe and welcoming for residents.
Estate Services sits at the frontline of our housing service and is often the first and most frequent point of contact for residents. In this role, you’ll deliver a consistently high quality cleaning service across internal and external communal areas, helping to maintain standards and identify any repairs or health and safety issues.
Reporting to the local Estate Services Manager, you’ll carry out a range of cleaning duties using the tools, machinery and equipment provided. This is a practical, hands on role and you’ll need to be comfortable undertaking physically demanding work.

About You
You take pride in your work and understand the importance of clean, safe communal spaces. You’re reliable, safety conscious and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You will need:
- Experience undertaking cleaning duties (communal or similar environments)
- Experience of working alone and as part of a small team
- A basic understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work
- The ability to undertake physically demanding tasks
- A friendly, polite and professional approach when dealing with residents and visitors
- Confidence using a smartphone to access emails and log repairs or health & safety issues

You must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to drive company vehicles where required. Driving licence checks will be undertaken as part of the pre employment process.
About The Team
You’ll be part of our Estate Services team, which sits at the frontline of our housing service and is often the most visible point of contact for residents.
The team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of communal areas across our estates.
Working closely with colleagues in Estate Services and Housing teams, you’ll help identify issues early, support vulnerable residents where appropriate, and ensure our estates are safe, well maintained and places people are proud to live.
