JOB TITLE: Mobile Cleaner
LOCATION: To work between various locations in Edinburgh area from Gyle, City centre and Fort Kinnaird
CONTRACT: Permanent, 20 hours per week
PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our team in Cleaning offices/Retail and shopping centres for prestigious Client, includes washrooms kitchens, venue hall and any surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hoovering/mopping, cleaning washrooms and kitchens
- Carrying out deep cleans as required and using buffers and carpet cleaners – training provided
- Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly
- Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages)
- Customer Service as working along Client and Client’s staff
Person Specification:
- Must be well presented and good communicator
- Must have a can-do attitude and polite and approachable demeanour
- Hardworking and proactive, good timekeeping and attendance record
Essential
- Previous cleaning experience preferred with focus on unsupervised work and prioritising workload
- Strong customer service/care and leadership skills
- Problem solving and time management skills desired
- Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative
- Flexible and proactive attitude essential
- Understanding & knowledge of health and safety policies
- Needs to represent ABM values on site by being presentable, uniformed, and helpful at all times
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Always follow Company Policies and procedures
- Ensure that the work environment and equipment are safe and well maintained
- Identify and correct hazardous conditions
