Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for 3 mobile cleaners to join our existing corporate cleaning team on a rolling 2 week rota, averaging 18 hours per week.
The required working shift pattern is 4 evenings per week 5pm - 8.30pm (Mon-Fri) plus every other Saturday 8.30am - 4.30pm
You’ll be based at our head office at Hudson Quay and you will be required to work at other corporate offices across the Tees Valley.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of cleanliness and maintain the overall appearance of corporate building spaces at various locations
- Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of our corporate buildings through a range of tasks. This will include cleaning issues, hygiene and waste disposal.
- Complete assigned tasks to a high standard within agreed timescales.
- Comply with health and safety legislation, especially in relation to chemicals, site rules, using cleaning equipment, and lone working.

About You
- A good grasp of safe working and health and safety practices and an understanding of COSHH
- Can work flexibly on your own and as part of a team
- Comfortable using digital devices to record jobs or be willing to learn. We’ll provide you with a mobile device as part of your role
- A full UK driving licence along with the ability to drive a company provided van.
