📢 WE’RE HIRING | Mobile Cleaning Area Supervisor
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working pattern: 5 days per week
Location: Mobile – various sites
Employment type: Full-time
Reporting to: Divisional Director
We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team and provide operational support across multiple sites.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, supporting teams and making sure our cleaning operations run smoothly.
🧹 What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with our Operations Managers and cleaning teams to:
- Visit multiple sites and monitor cleaning standards
- Carry out quality inspections and site checks
- Support staffing, sickness, holidays and short-notice cover
- Supervise, coach and motivate cleaning operatives and team leaders
- Deliver toolbox talks and practical on-site training
- Support compliance with health & safety, COSHH, PPE and company procedures
- Help resolve operational issues and maintain continuity of service
- Provide hands-on cleaning support when required, including during staff shortages or emergencies
- Support audits and client requirements
- Lead by example and maintain high standards across all sites

🗣️ Language requirements
Essential:
🇬🇧 Fluent English
🇪🇸 Fluent Spanish
Desirable:
🇵🇹 Portuguese
👤 We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Hands-on and willing to clean when required
✔️ Reliable, punctual and flexible
✔️ Comfortable working across multiple sites
✔️ Confident supervising and supporting cleaning teams
✔️ Organised and able to manage competing priorities
✔️ A strong communicator who can work with a multilingual workforce
✔️ Professional when dealing with clients, employees and management
✔️ Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays when required

Previous commercial cleaning and supervisory/team leader experience is essential.
🚗 A full UK driving licence is desirable.
