Mobile Cleaning Manager – Bridgend / Talbot Green Region

- Travelling time paid at your normal hourly rate, with fuel expenses reimbursed upon submission of fuel receipts
The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across the Bridgend / Talbot Green region. This is a hands-on mobile management position, and applicants must have previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management, cleaning, or a similar environment.

You will be responsible for supporting and managing cleaning teams across multiple sites within the region, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained. Duties will include:
- Managing and supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Travelling between sites within the Bridgend / Talbot Green region
- Allocating duties and ensuring adequate staffing and site coverage
- Monitoring cleaning standards and completing site checks
- Managing staff attendance, performance, and productivity
- Providing hands-on cleaning support when required
- Ensuring cleaning equipment, materials, and stock are available
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Reporting and resolving any site issues
- Liaising with clients and on-site management
- Ensuring all sites operate efficiently and to the required standards

Requirements
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management is essential
- Experience managing cleaning teams is highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the mobile nature of the role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confident managing multiple teams and locations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Able to work 5:00am – 11:00am, Monday to Saturday
- Available for an immediate start
Travel & Fuel Expenses
As this is a mobile position, travelling time between sites will be paid at your normal hourly rate. Fuel costs will also be reimbursed upon submission of fuel receipts.
