Job Description:
This position is ideal for someone recently out of sixth form or college who is eager to learn a growing trade. Working hours may vary, but this is reflected in the pay. Flexibility with your time is essential.
Summary
As an Xpedia Trainee Mobile Facilities Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities. Your core skills in cleaning procedures and attention to detail will ensure that all areas are kept spotless and sanitised. Possessing a driving license is essential for this role to travel between different locations in an Xpedia vehicle. Strong English proficiency, customer service, and communication skills are also crucial for interacting with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance with the company's standards and guidelines.
- Completing one-off specialised cleans and periodical tasks.
- Drive company vehicles to various locations for cleaning assignments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Skills Required
- No experience needed, as you will learn on the job; full training will be provided
- Common sense, flexible and able to work as part of a team
- Punctual
- Polite
- Willing to learn and complete training courses paid for by Xpedia
- Must hold a full driving license and be prepared to drive
- Must be prepared to work unsociable hours/weekends and stay away from home if required
- Must be prepared for weekend work also
- Must be flexible with taking hours
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
