Role and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate Mobile Hose Engineers for customer breakdown callouts.
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide timely service updates and ETAs.
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to meet changing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate service records and system updates.
  • Support sales administration, including processing orders, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support branch operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company procedures and health & safety requirements.

Essential Experience

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination, scheduling, administration, or office support role.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service experience, including handling customer enquiries and providing regular updates.
  • Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to maintain accurate records and process information.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing your own workload.
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to work.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience scheduling engineers, drivers, field service teams, or mobile workers.
  • Previous experience in a service control, helpdesk, logistics, engineering support, or customer operations environment.
  • Experience processing sales orders, quotations, or purchase orders.
  • Knowledge of stock control processes.
  • Experience working within a technical, engineering, or industrial business.
